Ownership & License

• You are the original creator of the work you are submitting.

• You retain full ownership of your submission.

• By submitting, you grant Sunnie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share your submission (with credit to you) in both free and paid versions of the zine, whether in print or digital format, and to promote the zine on our website, social media, and related platforms.

• Your submission may be lightly edited for length, clarity, or formatting, but we will not materially change its meaning without your permission.

Content Guidelines

• Your submission must be your original work and must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others (so your submission should not include things like photographs, music, or artwork that was created and/or owned by others).

• Please do not include personal details about yourself or others in your content (e.g., full names, addresses) and do not include identifiable photos of others unless you have their express permission to do so.

For Minors (Under Age 18)

• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting.

• By submitting, you confirm you have that permission.

• If your work is selected, we may request further confirmation from your parent or guardian.
